We visited over the Melbourne Cup Weekend for a tasting. We have been before and love many of the wines. We are yet to eat at the restaurant but we mean to! Just haven't found the right time as yet. As always, at all wineries,...I am disappointed in a tasting fee. Yes, I get how much wine goes into tastings but with a small group who are generally interested in tasting the wine and purchasing a couple of bottles I always feel put out seeing a tasting fee. I can understand for group bookings/buses etc. Apart from that, the winery was super busy being a wet day over the long weekend and staff were under the pump. We still had a lovely time and bought a couple of bottles of wine. The kids enjoyed the playground whilst we tasted.More

We were in myrtleford for 6 days and looking forward to visiting the winery and restaurant, which we had eaten at in the past. Sadly this time it was closed for a "private function". What a shame that there opening hours are so limited.

Lovely sitting area in the sun with an amazing view and a wood fire to keep you warm. The view is amazing and on the day we were there they had a singer and food van selling meat platters. It was a really enjoyable afternoon.

My partner and I visited the place for an afternoon wine. We were pleased to find that the place offers free wine tastings. Unfortunately, it does not offer pre-made cheese platters. Other than that, we loved their port but didn’t try their food. The place...seemed to be popular by locals.More

Last weekend my husband and I were married at Brown Brothers Winery, and decided to stay at Feathertop for a couple of nights afterwards. We were absolutely spoilt by Feathertop with some complementary bubbles and entrees at lunch, and then the champagne in our room...was upgraded. The Feathertop Prosecco was delicious. The view from our Peggy Adelaide Suite was absolutely stunning. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and included everything you could need for a short getaway. I can not recommend this place highly enough.More

In the travel industry we are often hosted at prestige destinations around the world and for a 'home' event we took our staff to experience this new initiative of private hosted dinners at Feathertop Winery near Bright in NE Victoria. And what a beautiful evening...it turned out to be. The table for 12 was set outside on the terrace with spectacular sunset views of Mount Buffalo. We began with a home pick-up (no drink-drive risks here) and an introduction and tasting with hosts Janelle and Courtney. What followed was a relaxed evening of good food and excellent wines at a pace that suited us just perfectly. We had arranged a menu that suited everyone (Feathertop proved very flexible here) and left the wines to the experts. The evening was a complete success - right down to the door to door delivery and a very affordable 'all-in' price. Congratulations Feathertop, a brilliant initiative well executed.
