The place has a rustic ambient any very quiet. Maybe due to the low season. We ordered a salad, a pizza and panna cotta for dessert. The food quality was average. The pizza base was quite hard. We asked for some spicy olive oil. There...was none!!! The waitress gave us some chilli sauce instead!!! Horror! The panna cotta was hard as ice-cream. I wonder how this pizza restaurant have lasted so many years (4?).More

Always Good pizza. But The service are really really low. They dont speak english last time i was there. and they mix up my order. I eat there and order 3 extra pizza for they give me one. My friend wait one The 2 ekstra...Wee stil miss to get But when they Are finish they want my friend to Call me and make me come back Because they Think they make mistake ind The Bill.. Great pizza. Lovely looking restaurant. Really bad service. The waitresses are nice, open and so on. They are just a bit incompetent which really ruined the experience. Went straight to the kitchen after half the orders where received. She never asked for drinks, so we...had to call her back after a while. Maybe she was new. Lovely foodMore

I have tried all of the best Italian pizza places in Phuket. This is the best, though a little more expensive than others. There are places where you can get equally good Italian pizzas in Phuket, but the service and the setting in this establishment...are a cut above the rest. Pizzeria AGLI AMICI also do excellent pizzas in the Chalong region.More

Been twice during my short stay in Chalong and both times with a company of friends. I'm to lazy to write reviews and would probably never done it, but... accidentally just read couple previous ones and... had to hold myself not to fall from the...chair laughing out loud :D Been in the gastro industry myself for a couple of years, and ''know'' customers like those... claiming to have a high demands and expectations but really if you're coming with a bad attitude, you'll always find some ''hair in the soup''... Regarding the food we had three kinds of pizza's at the first time and were truly impressed that in Thailand you can still get a real Italian style pizza, so we decided to come back two days later and try the pasta's- gnocchi in a cheese sauce is my favorite and from my friends experience both lasagna and ravioli was flawless, and the service?? We didn't ask them to dance or to do any special performance, they were smiling and polite and always around, English speaking manager was very helpful with explaining the sauces- what else would we expect? Overall my five stars are fully earned, anytime I'll have a chance will come back with pleasure. Thank you Bellini :)More

Wow! From the welcome on arrival, amazing starter including this magnificent cheese called Burrata, to the best pizza ever, it would be hard to find a better authentic Italian restaurant/cafe in Thailand. The food is real Italian, fresh and all made at Bellini. Try the...four cheese pizza and lasagne, you won't be sorry. We love to visit Thailand, and dine out a lot, it is really great to enjoy a wonderful meal in a comfortable and clean restaurant. The staff were very pleasant and the Manager came to have a chat and help us with choices. We will be back!More

Visited this restaurant yesterday with family who live in Phuket. We were the only diners in the restaurant. Our family who brought us here spoke very highly of the restaurant, the food, the ambience and the wonderful personality of the owner. But alas it was...a disaster and our family who loved coming here have vowed they will not return. Why.......to begin with when we started to order our food, the waitress came to our table with the offer of a starter special which in fact would cost more than if we had ordered them individually, then every thing we requested was not available. Her attitude and ability to deal with the situation was unprofessional. We could see the manager sitting at a table and she made no effort to relieve the situation. When we asked to speak to her, it was like she couldn't be bothered. We asked her where the owner was. "The owner is In Switzerland", at that she walked away. So we did likewise and left. I would also add that your menu is extremely overpriced!! After leaving here, we went to a beautiful restaurant called 'We', where the food matched the customer service.......excellent! Bellini you need to get your act together, a start might be some customer service training.More
