An excellent little restaurant on the edge of Blacklion Co. Cavan. We have been there on numerous occasions and each time left well satisfied with our experience of their excellent food and service. It is situated adjacent to a well renowned restaurant that I have never visited mainly because once one discovers a little gem why change for the sake... More

Lunch was enjoyable. The food was homemade and very tasty. The male owner came to talk at the end and was very informative and friendly. The service by the young lady could be more customer friendly.

Extremely clean, warm & quirky b & b. We where warmly greeted by Roy our host. The room was large with a warm comfortable bed. Lovely big bathroom. Breakfast was lovely and had lots of fresh fruit, something for everyone. Highly recommend & would stay again without hesitation.

After passing this so called restaurant (more like a cafe coffee shop) many times when eating at the Custom House we decided to give it a go for a change, what a mistake! As it positioned the food as homemade and local we decided to try the burgers. After waiting a inordinate amount of time before even the drinks came... More

Very spacious comfortable room. Overlooking main street but pretty quiet so no problem! Great spread of fruit yoghurt etc followed by delicious cooked breakfast. Roy and Bridie friendly but unobtrusive. Sunday lunch also very good upon arrival.

We stayed here recently and enjoyed they service we got. Room was big and spacious and clean. Did the job! Unfortunately, you can hear every whisper for the room next door but that's not a major issue either. Would definitely recommend and would stay again! Breakfast was fantastic too!

A warm welcome awaits in the Olive Grove and a great breakfast to get you on the road. This B&B is ideally located 2 or 3 doors away from Mac Nean House and offers convenient accommodation at a very reasonable rate. While clean, conveniently located and offering a good breakfast the rooms could do with a face lift and our... More

we were dining at MacNean Restaurant but their accommodation side of things were fully booked luckily for us I googled accommodation near and it threw up the Olive Grove, so affordable, lovely food and spotlessly clean rooms and the hosts Roy and Bridie were so friendly and helpful. Can highly recommend.

We have been going to the Olive Grove for sunday lunch and various meals out for many years and have NEVER been disappointed. Roy and Bridie use only the best locally sourced ingredients in their cooking. The menu is varied and you will always find something to suite everyone's taste. Presentation is excellent. Service is always by pleasant and well... More
