At first I was unsure but the stir fried beef with oyster sauce is really good - very tender and has great flavor. Yes it is a bit touristy but really this is the area . The background music is terrible but the setting and the food is really good especially the beef!

This restaurant is adjacent to the Fullon Hotel at the Tamsui Fisherman's Wharf. It's famous for the Cantonese cuisine. We went there for a Sunday lunch, the restaurant was already full. Fortunately I got a table by the window with sea view. On Sunday, they serve dim sum (Chinese snacks) with trolleys. There were at least 30 varieties of dim sum. We ordered a few dishes of dim sum, a seafood fried noodle, a combination of roasted duck, BBQ pork and roasted pork belly. They were all very good, especially the seafood fried noodle and steamed scallop crepes. But the duck meat was hard. If you want to have a walk at the Fisherman's Wharf in Danshui, we really recommend this restaurant. But if you go there on weekends, you'd better book in advance.

The restaurant is supposed to be managed by a famous cook in Taiwan , but the truth is that it is just a tourist trap, the food is less than so so and the service is terrible. Even the fried rice is no good, for rest of the dishes no need to mention it, there is nothing to save the day. So, just pass by and do not stop.
