My family and I recently celebrated my father's birthday there, and we had a wonderful experience.
The buffet menu was extensive and included a wide variety of Thai dishes, from spicy curries to flavorful stir-fries. Everything was fresh and expertly prepared, with a range of options to suit all tastes. We particularly enjoyed the seafood dishes, which were cooked to perfection.
But the food was just one part of the experience. The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated, with an elegant and sophisticated vibe that made us feel like we were dining in a five-star hotel. And to make the occasion even more special, there was a traditional Thai dancing show that entertained us throughout the evening.
The highlight of the night, of course, was the birthday celebration for my father. The staff went above and beyond to make him feel special, with a personalized cake. It was a truly memorable experience that we will cherish for years to come. And actually, I made an online reservation on the same day morning and the staff perfectly arranged everything as well as possible! Great thanks again!

We had an excellent dinner with a group of friends which was great because they have both tasty Thai food and international dishes to appeal to our friends. I loved the moo hong pork belly, thai salads, crab curry (local specialty) and the prawn appetizer that is a southern thai speciality. stick to ice cream for dessert, the chocolate cake was so so for me but I am very picky about chocolate desserts.

It’s a lovely setting for a restaurant in one of the more upmarket resorts in Kamala. Our evening started a little bit oddly as they had no record of our reservation despite having sent me a confirmatory e-mail. That probably explained us being seated under an aircon unit which meant it was a somewhat chilly meal. The food was of a very good standard and the wine also good which is not always the case in Thailand. There were some local dancers entertaining us as it was a ‘Thai night’. I did find the service rather slow. There was one excellent young waitress who seemed in charge but she was having to manage a couple of young lads who frankly didn’t seem to have a clue what they were doing. Would have liked a dessert but just got bored waiting hence only 4/5.

Made my reservation 4 days in advance. Made a point of it being a special evening and asked for one of the best tables, with a nice view in a quiet area. I had been to the original Silk in Surin many times years ago, knew the owner and the chef from Hong Kong and we were always more than pleased. Upon arrival in the new location we were greeted by an elderly, indignant woman that acted like we werent welcome because we werent hotel guests or people that didnt belong in her hoity toity establishment. Miss Charm proceeded to seat us in the middle of the dining room, with a distant view and next to a table of 6 even though there was nobody else in the entire place. When we left there were people at only two other tables. Its a beautiful restaurant and the service was very good. The food was mostly good but my lasagna was terrible. The cheese on top was burnt and the filling was so dry I couldnt eat it. My waiter told me he would tell the chef, but I guess he wasnt big enough to come and hear his food wasnt very good. I will never go back and unless you are a guest at the hotel be prepared to be treated like you dont belong there.

We had dinner twice this week and both times were excellent. Wed night we did their Steak Affairs night. Had a sundowners at the pool bar then we went inside and had an excellent Flank Steak, part of a 3 course dinner with live music from a singer and guitarist. For the wed steak night the also chef did a table side Caesar salad for our starter, yum!
We also had a Thai lunch the other day, and loved their moo Hong ( local braised pork belly) and the tofu curry was excellent also. Lots of variety here as they also have an Italian menu within the restaurant. So something for everyone in a nice setting!

Went here after long & hot day. Not having the time to change before arriving I felt VERY underdressed & bothered, but the waiter was quick after seating us with turning on a fan just for me. Coming late in the evening we even got our own little private area to sit. Every face we met in that location was happy & attentive. Especially our waiter was so kind & extremely helpful I barely had time to ask for anything before it was served. The food was immaculate. We had the Ravioli Al Fungi & some sort of slow cooked beef cheek in a delicious spiced sauce with potato puré (don't remember the name). Hard to decide a favorite fo those as they both were sooo delicious. For dessert we had Mango sticky rice & chocolate cake. The cake was good but the sticky rice.. WOW! Must try!
The drinks we had is another chapter, as they are on my top 3 list of BEST DRINKS in Phuket. If you're so lucky to be there when "Bella" is serving drinks then make sure to try several!

The atmosphere, food, and service were all great!!
The fried shrimp in the photo looks great in photos and was delicious.
I also ordered a non-alcoholic drink, but they made it stylishly for me, even though I don't drink alcohol, so I was happy.
I'd like to come back here again when I come to Phuket!

Okay, so I'm not usually one to leave reviews about restaurants, but Silk, Andara deserves all the praise it gets. The food was out of this world – seriously, I'm Thai and Silk has some of the best Thai food I've ever had, especially Pad Thai. The service was super friendly and efficient, and the setting is just beautiful. It's a bit pricey, but honestly, it's worth every penny.

We visited on two consecutive evenings for dinner and on both visits we were treated to superb food and service. The first evening we tried the Thai menu and on our second visit, there was a steak night special. Both cuisines were superb as was the service, that was attentive but not intrusive. We would recommend a visit to this special restaurant.

Absolutely delightful ! The ambiance, food, presentation, service and experience ate all excellent! All the ingredients are fresh and prepared with so much love and attention to details. The appetisers are gorgeous and delicious, pomelo salad is the best I have had in all my years. Satay , Pad Thai , Tom Yum and mango sticky rice 😊 Thai Iced Tea 💕 Especially to Kh Wara and an elderly and a younger gentleman who served our table, thank you! And to the delightful team in all. Be ready to be wowed and welcomed with warm smiles beginning at the front door of the hotel lobby to the entrance of the restaurant, the warm and delightful team will take care of your dinner and make sure you have a wonderful time. We arrived at the restaurant and asked to change money and they were so generous and drove us to a place to exchange money. The food was excellent (we ate a pomelo salad as an appetizer and two dishes of red curry). They also provided us with a shuttle service back to the hotel. A really great experience! highly recommend!

Had a great dinner with friend on the night after Christmas
Price was reasonable (comparison with Bangkok) but with very very good taste and quality.
The FB Manager K’ Kantorn was very attentive, friendly, and always made sure our food is served on time despite the busy hour at the restaurant!
Will recommend this place to friends and family on our next visit in Phuket.

An incredible dinner of sublime quality.
Wow. This place is a real gem nestled at the end of Kamala beach in the Andara resort.
The food is of exceptional high quality. The service is excellent and the setting is hard to beat.
There are many choices in Kamala to eat especially in the beach so it’s easy to over look this place.
DONT. go and try and you will be very happy with your choice.
I highly recommend it and it’s one of the best Thai meals I have had in a long time.
The prices are very competitive and well worth the delights that await. In fact it’s actually about the same price as a meal in town.

The food in this reastraunt is amazing, and the staff accommodated to all our requests. It has a wide range of cuisines, and we tried all of it. All of the food was exceplatory, and satisfied all our cravings. I am a very picky eater, but I enjoyed everything, and I highly recommend Silk reastraunt to everyone. This reastraunt also has amazing vegetarian food as well.

My husband and I chose Silks for my birthday dinner , I can honestly say the food was up there as the most tasty i have ever had ! We both had steak and thoroughly enjoyed it , really delicious and flavoursome, we ordered just a couple of sides between us which was plenty as the food is very rich and filling.
fabulous service with staff that actually seem to enjoy their job as opposed to being obligated to being there!
A lovely rendition of happy birthday for me from them and complimentary sweet with candles!
Though not the cheapest in comparison to the local restaurants you truly are getting value for money as the quality of produce is top notch ....

The positive feedback about our service is especially gratifying. We put great emphasis on creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere, and it's heartwarming to hear that our staff's genuine enthusiasm resonated with you.
