Beautiful setting overlooking picturesque golf course. Staff are friendly & helpful. Delicious meals for lunch & dinner (book for dinner on selected nights), morning & afternoon tea. Group & private gatherings in private function room. Easy access for elderly.

I would always recommend The Bayview even prior to this visit however last night has just confirmed my judgement is correct. Our food was beautiful, with ample servings and excellent presentation. I had the chicken schnitzel with mash and vegetables. The chicken was so fresh...it was almost 'clucking' and my wife had Thai beef salad, with the beef just melting in your mouth. The meals were served in good time and the staff were excellent given they had to put up with two quite unreasonable patrons a couple of tables from us. It was very busy as you could imagine on New Years Eve however all the staff were very professional and polite so thank you all for a lovely evening. We will be returning soon and I have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant and pub to anyone.More

Great location right beside the wharf where you can enjoy a drink or a meal. The atmosphere is great and is close to shopping centre and park. Interesting watching the wild ducks wandering around behind the hotel.
