Amazing food- very expensive for very small portions though. Pretty good service, quite a long weight but is reasonable is food is all delicious.

We tried Paddock & Vine (twice) when it first opened a couple of years ago and were underwhelmed. Thankfully after some feedback from friends, we gave it another go and I'm so glad we did. The food was delicious (eggplant was a stand out) and...the service was excellent. For dessert we shared the brownie with caramel but it was a little too rich and heavy (even with 2 people sharing). Other than that, I couldn't fault it. Its a beautiful space and the wines were excellent. Its a little pricy but I feel its worth it. So glad we came back - we'll be back again!More

Cannot speak more highly of this place. Having enjoyed exceptional meals on two occasions when they opened 2 years ago my husband and I finally made it back again this eve. WOW. It wasn’t good - it was Exceptional. A warm, friendly and easy going...environment with casual yet tasteful decor awaited us. A simple well selected wine list, knowledgeable wait staff and flavours that left us longing for more. Chef Harry and his team are dedicated to bringing fresh and creative flavours to every plate and they seem to have really nailed it. After a light starter of liquor infused duck pâté magic I ordered the octopus. Flavours of the Mediterranean swept me to Morocco and Spain while washing it all down with a simple and fresh Marlborough Sav Blanc. Hungry hubby went quiet when his lamb shank arrived apparently overcome by the light fluffy polenta and tender lamb falling off the bone - oh and that jus...too good. We were supposed to be sharing but I never got the chance to sample it 🙄...nevertheless he moved on to desert- I usually pass for another wine at this stage but tonight I sampled the Ice Cream and Brownie - Oh My God it blew me away! Not giving this secret away - you gotta try it for yourself. Hands down the best meal we have enjoyed in a long time thanks to a winning combination of amazing food passionately prepared and served by lovely staff (Kimberley & Mia) in a warm inviting atmosphere. YUMMY! Wow - Loved It What a brilliant little restaurant. What a great find. Everything about it was lovely. Well actually the service was a little slow, but I don't care about that in the overall scheme of things. I will just make sure the...next time I go, I don't need to rush off anywhere. The service was very helpful and friendly. Had a young girl serving us and she was very professional. The food was : delicious, scrumptious, divine, gorgeous. Had the mushroom gnocchi and it was to die for! YUM YUM YUM. It was so flavoursome (salt and cracked pepper were not even required). It was perfectly balanced and bursting with flavour. The only bad thing about it, was I had to share it with someone else...next time I will have one to myself. Had the chocolate brownie for dessert and it was sensational The wine list was excellent too. I find most restaurants let themselves down with a lacklustre wine list of cheapo headache inducing wines, but these guys have nailed it totally, not too expensive either. A lovely mix of French and Australian wines and something for everyone. Would prefer it if they offered every wine by the glass, so I can try all of them over time. I waddled out of there stuffed to bursting and felt satisfied that $100 well spent I look forward to my next visit and the one after that, and the one after that. Hard to find. Oddly located near a roundabout so easy to miss. Blink and you will miss it. But worth the effort. We parked in Wollies car park and walked round.More

Agree with the other recent contributors who have reviewed Paddock & Vine that the food and service is excellent. Enjoyed the ability to share plates which provided the ability to try a number of items on the menu. Menu and Wine List are not huge...but our host indicated they change regularly. Service was good providing knowledgeable information of the food and wine. Would definitely return. Was there on a mid-week cold, quiet night so could not gauge the acoustics but they seemed OK.More
