If a dish makes you want to dance, nothing more can be added, such as the dishes they prepare at Mañoso, served by the same chef, the place is small and that makes the service experience very personal.
The menu is unique per day, when we went with the family the menu that day was Tomahawk.
As for the facilities, they are impeccable, it has an unparalleled view, you have a glass of wine looking at the mountains. A constructive criticism, they should improve the cooling of the place, it was very hot, although they have fans, they are small and not enough.
Something that also makes the experience is that Mañoso only has wines from Córdoba and for those of us who are tourists, something very interesting is getting to know the culture and gastronomy of the province we are going to, the truth is it is excellent.

"There, the crafty experience has begun!" It was Nico's last message to finalize my reservation.
I went with my partner to dinner in the middle of the mountain, on a beautifully starry night.
We were greeted by Nico who introduced himself as the main chef and, for that night, he was going to be our waiter.
He very kindly escorted us to our table and we chose the wine.
The menu had as an appetizer a potato omelette with cantimpalo and lime aioli which surprised me with its flavor. Minutes later the empty main plate arrived with an exquisite chimi and a creamy sweet potato. For dessert, chocotorta with mocha cream. While I'm not particularly a fan of this dessert, it was really delicious.
At every step during dinner, Nico took the time to explain to us what we were going to eat and we exchanged comments about it.
After dinner, we stayed talking about mocha cream, and its secrets to achieving its flavor.
It is truly a unique experience as it combines good food, good drinks and a stunning view. And if we add Nico's attitude... a crafty experience.

Very nice place next to a vineyard, with a nice view of Lake Los Molinos. Very good service and very good quality merchandise. The guy who serves I think is the owner, very nice!!
