Very good. The food is exscelent. Stuf is good. Menu is good. You can find everything you wish to eat. Drink too.

It is worth to drive from Ljubljana to Nova Gorica on alternative roads. This place is perfect for lunch, or just drinks. Cheap and amazing food. Friendly staff

It's true this is a classic slovenian restaurant, it might have been great in the past but now it's just mediocre. The beef steaks are over done and the taste of the rest was bland. The mushroom soup was dissapointing as there were hardly any mushrooms in it.

A very nice place to eat good food in a different setting. The building is historically significant as a post and guard station with a beautiful surrounding forest and ancient Roman ruins as well. The prices are relatively low and the food is a notch above average. The waitress was also very nice and accomodating. Would definitely recommend end if you are in the region.

This place is just about the only restaurant for miles, and was a welcome lunch stop on our cycling trip through the hills. The service was very friendly, the lady even gave us free cereal bars for our onward trip. Meals were perfectly sized for cycling. They even had bear on the menu!

We were looking some place to stay the night and we found this place lost in our way.
You should know this place is a singular restaurant where they offer too rooms, excellent rooms.
The surprise was we found an excellent place and Bostjan. Bostjan surprised me! I found him and his girlfriend who let me enjoy an unforgettable night. We spent a night talking and laughing, just enjoying good conversations.
For sure my best nig in Slovenia.
