Our first visit here after having just moved into the area. Perfectly located in a beautiful spot with stunning views, lovely gardens and friendly staff. Delicious cakes but being walkers our only complaint is that the cake portions and drinks are too dainty! Had we...realised we would have ordered two drinks and two cakes each to refuel before heading off to tread the miles again!More

We’ve often passed this place on our way out on a walk (we stay at nearby Clun every year or so) and so felt a cake at such a point wouldn’t help us continue walking! This year we were determined to make a walk fit...visiting this place on the way back to the village. Despite the threat of rain we were treated to glorious sunshine and amazing views with coffee, tea and the tastiest scones we’ve ever had - ginger scones, ginger & rhubarb jam & jersey cream. Sue makes all the cakes, soups etc herself and she and Mike tend a garden that produces most of the ingredients. You must have a wander around the garden when you visit.More

Worth walking the Shropshire way just to stop off here. ‘Ginger lovers scone’ must be the best I’ve ever tasted. Lovely ambience and staff. Must visit !!!

This was my second visit to this lovely tea room which has delightful gardens which you can sit in to have your tea, cake, or lunch. I had soup, a cake and tea and all most enjoyable.

A delightful setting to have a rest, a drink and a bite to eat. Tea served in china cups, ten types of cake, light lunches etc all served in a beautiful garden with stunning views. Well worth the walk to get there.

We were intrigued to visit this place having seen a notice posted about it while walking the dogs in the woods. On the way to where? This is a tea-shop in the owners garden and the gardens are lovely (they open under the National Gardens...Scheme). There is also an amazing view over Clun Castle.More

Stunning venue, stunning food, lovely lady who runs it. Dog friendly. The quality of the food here is wonderful, all home made and out of the garden, which you can sit in and admire the stunning views of the Clun valley. Take it in on...a walk to Bury Ditches.More
