We eaten here four times and we love this place. Good prices for real thai food!
We recomended spring rolls, pad thai, shakes, soups and dishes with prowns- they are soooooo good. Someday we want to back here!

Nice restaurant on koktanod rd Kata visited twice in October food is fresh and tasty and reasonably priced! Had the green curry with steamed rice! on my second visit had the Thai noodle and vegetables with morning glory.

Good location.
Friendly staff.
Simple but very clean place.
Very tasty food.
We ordered spring roll and it was very tasty, fries, shrimp, breaded chicken, bbq fish and banana split for dessert.
The watermelon shake is sensational.
Everything is very tasty and fresh.

I ordered dry curry and the taste was not good, it was like from an instant powder curry that you can buy at the supermarket. My husband got a masaman curry and it just tasted coconut milk and really watery. Not authentic Thai at all! We also ordered shrimp cake, also bad! Very very fishy and I couldn’t taste the shrimp. I didn’t finish my meal because I didn’t like it at all and the price is not cheap, you definitely can get much much better option with that price. The only good thing is the one that my daughter ordered, tom yum goong. We had better tom yum goong of course but at least it was not bad like the curries that my husband and I ordered. Not to be judgy and hard to please but we love thai food and eat a lot both in Thailand and Indonesia (where we live) so we know how a good, authentic ones taste.

For many years and many times, we had dinner at this very good restaurant. They cook delicious and authentic Thai food and also Western dishes. The portions and the prices are good. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Very recommended!

I went there and was order “Bolognese”. When they serve us.. pls tell me this is bolognese or tomato sauce? . i ask the service and then the answer I get it make me surprised. Because they told me this is bolognese in tomato sauce with chicken …… tbh many time I pass and I was thinking wow!! this place is kinda cool. But the thing I got today from here make me really disappointed ☹️ 😔.

If there were 10 points, we would give it 10! We are so happy to have discovered Chai Thai by chance. We drove from Rawai to Kata 7 times in 2 weeks just to eat here. The Chicken Satay, Tom Kha Chicken, Green Curry, Stir Fried Chicken with Cashews here were the best we have ever eaten. ❤️

The restaurant looks basic, but in fact they serve delicious thai food and unexpectedly good coctails. Everything we tried there was perfect. Staff is very friendly, also kids friendly, portions are big, prices are low. Great place, especially if you live nearby.

So far Kata's best Pad thai! We ended up here by chance on our first day and said even then that we must have found a base and it seems to be true, we have a knack for ending up here on our way home from the beach. Their mango shake is also one of the best in Thailand according to the daughter.

Third night in a row. We know good Thai food after many trips here. We have now tried several dishes and it's hard to say which is the best. However the Pad Thai is the best and so inexpensive. You will not leave feeling hungry. The cocktails are pretty good too. Excellent service....going back tomorrow 🥰

Great Thai food just across Blu Pine Villa. Great selection of seafood and style of cooking. We have been coming here every day during our stay. It’s affordable and tasty , definitely recommended for anyone staying in Kata.
