Staff were rude. Service was terrible. Food was really expensive. Whole venue smells like cow manure. Plenty of other awesome places to eat in Yarra Valley, so just not worth visiting.

We stopped in Yarra Valley Dairy after a couple of wineries and enjoyed the cheese and yummy bread. It is definitely worth a visit except customer service which is terrible... They're only here to sell products and have no interest in advising, just wait for your money!

This venue is very comfortable and has a lovely view. Cheese with bread and cracker samples were very tasty. The only draw back is they sell many items and none are made there which some labels don't tell you where they come from and things like goat's milk have no label.

Yarra Valley Dairy offers cheese tasting as well as wine tasting of local small wineries for free up to 7 people. It is the most popular place to try local cheese and wines in the area.

We visited Yarra Valley Dairy yesterday. We wanted to buy some coffees. They stop serving coffee at 4.30pm. We were in the queue to order and were refused service by a staff member who told us we couldn't order as it was 4.33pm by the time we got to the front of the queue! Terribe customer service. We have previously... More

Tasted about 5 types of cheese. Had a cool drink. Nice view. Purchased a few cheeses, very expensive. Our 4th dairy visited in Australia and way more expensive than the others.

What a good place to take a break from tasting wines in the Yarra Valley. The Cheeses are excellent and well presented by very knowledgeable counter staff. We did like the different flavors and particularly the sofer varities of goats cheese. The setting is very rustic and well worth a visit to clense the mouth for the next set of... More

If you like goats cheese or cheese full stop you should stop in and visit the Yarra Valley Dairy. They have a range of goats cheese plus cows milk cheeses to taste. You can eat in the cafe and try the cheeses out plus the shop is full of very tempting goodies to purchase for friends and family. Worth the... More

Are first attempt to visit the dairy was a failure, we could barely get in the door as there was a large tour group having a tasting session. Thankfully we made the effort to come back later in the day, there cheese was absolute heaven. The staff were very helpful and Generous with their samples - which made it easy... More

Australia Day so as expected it was quite busy, we arrived about quarter to four so food etc. was due to stop. Despite the lateness of the hour the place seemed to be happy to keep on serving food and drinks. We however were here to taste and buy some cheeses and more generally for our friends to check it...
