I had lunch in this place at the suggestion of those who had already frequented it and I have to thank them. I chose the tasting menu to enjoy the snails in as many ways as possible. If you love snails, this place will make you love them even more. Family run business, expert in the field with years of experience in the snail business, they offer a variety of recipes: snails “in umido”, fried, skewers, roasted, bouguignonne. On top of that, all the cured meats are handmade by the family. You rarely get a better genuine experience and food. Trust me even though the restaurant looks a bit cold or empty. Good quality of food and good attention. One of the best Italian restaurants I have ever been out of Italy. I tried the pasta, meat, salads, and the desert that contains a few. It’s all amazing.

Second time I went here but brought my 16 year old with me this time. The mixed plate of meats was 7 euros and her chicken wings, which is NOT like amaerican chicken wings byut much bigger and better was 6 euros. Fresh green salad was 2.5 and desert too for that price. Today I went because I have ordered 30 prk sausgaes and 30 slices of pork, all uncooked to be frozen fresh in my freezer, so we decided to eat too. LOVELY FAMILY and very simple place to eat high quality authentic organic healthy food. My 16 year old wants to go back...
