Sometimes you just want a fancy burger and chips and that's exactly what I got at Mr. Jones & Me, they delivered an excellent burger and chips and satisfied my craving.
Shared a plate of butterflied garlic & chili prawns to start which were delicious. The burger soon followed and it was wonderful, perfectly toasted bun, crispy bacon , plenty of cheese, tomato and leaves, chips were an extra $5 but deliciously crisp and moreish. The beef and mushroom filo was an interesting concept, a long sliver of filo pastry filled with beef and mushroom served with broccoli and a potato rosti square, a wonderfully tasty creation. It all soon disappeared.
To finish it seems rude not to order a "slice of summer" which was totally calorie free , it looked gorgeous and tasted even better, a perfect end to the meal.
Wine wasn't too bad, a bottle of shiraz was $38 and the total came to $152. There was a nice atmosphere in the restaurant and everyone was friendly. A great night out in a classy setting.

The ambience was really nice and you could feel the excellence as you walked in. Service was very attentive and the food came on time even though the restaurant was full. The calamari was tender and lightly crumbed. The Ginger and Soy salmon was superb and nicely presented and the beef and mushroom filo was so tasty. We rate this 5 stars because all the factors for a superb meal aligned. Ambience, service, food quality and presentation and the wine list was varied.

On a quiet Wednesday night we dined here, we had the arancini balls, pork belly bites and tartare for starters and the steak which was stunning, cooked to perfection and worth it's price tag. Also served, barra bowls with mussels. We went all in despite being fairly full and had dessert as well, which were mouthwatering. Great cocktails. Top class food and service. The waitress was simply wonderful and made extra fuss over the birthday girl who received a sparkler in her dessert and a song of course!.

What a wonderful dining experience in our old home town of Noosaville on a Friday night . The friendly staff were on hand to help out with drinks and food advice.The atmosphere was very pleasant and you could actually talk and hear each another for a change in a full restaurant.Great choices of food on the menu but as food was going past you your mind kept changing because it looked so so good. Hot tip save room for dessert 🍨

Mr JONES AND ME
We have visited this restaurant in years past and decided to see if it was just as good as we remembered. It was not!
Our memories of a great selection of foods well presented were dashed. This time we were pointed to our seats, as were other patrons, rather than shown.
The foods that appealed to us were limited but we chose the Beef FILO, and the Beef and bacon burger. The former was described as quite nice, but I found the hamburger rather pedestrian, it lacked any taste of the “wagyu” mince, and the sauce rather than enhancing the meal actually detracted.
Staff were friendly enough, but not once did they return to the table to refresh our water glasses.
An order of Classic espresso Martini ($19) went largely untouched as it was so strong and as such undrinkable. To the credit of the waiter, but only as we were paying the bill and we made mention of the undrunk cocktail, we were offered a replacement, but it was a case of once bitten twice shy.
In our visits over the years we have noticed that the majority of restaurants in Noosa and environs have downgraded their meals perhaps to adopt almost a fast food mentality. Not sure if this outlet has gone totally that way but it was certainly below our memories and expectations.
We rated the restraurant as a 4 but closer the 3 1/2

Had a great night, pina colada to start with was very nice. We are gluten free and had no problems finding enough variety. The duck liver pate was excellent, calamari was OK, the aubergine and haloumi stack was exceptional and so well presented. The Baileys chocolate mousse was OK but for our taste could have had more of a Baileys flavour and been done in darker chocolate as it was a bit too sweet. The young British waiter was excellent.

We 4 friends had a delicious lunch with great service and really good food.
Two of us had the seafood pasta which was deliciously garlicky and had a perfect hit of chilli, and plenty of seafood. The other two had the pork chop which was tender and perfectly cooked. Two of us shared a creme brulee which was excellent and beautifully present.
When unable to decide between two wines we were offered a taste of each to make the choice easier.
We have eaten here before and this was yet another great experience.

A friend and I went for a quick dinner. It was raining and we were looking for somewhere to sit inside. After some research we saw this restaurant recommended by many so thought we’d give it a go. We were extremely pleasantly surprised at how good it was! The food was beautiful and there was a good range of choices. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Some of the best service I’ve had in Australia so far. Very reasonably priced too. A little bit of ambience wouldn’t go a miss but we went on a Monday evening when it was raining.

If you are lucky enough to book a table at Mr Jones & Me, you are in for a treat. The service team are friendly, efficient and exceptional at what they do in this hidden gem of a restaurant.
The impressive level of service was matched only by the incredible food that flowed from their talented chefs. We dined on steak, salmon, barramundi and the seafood linguini, followed by a solid sampling of their delicious desserts. Can honestly say that everyone at the table declared the meal to be the best they had eaten.
We were blown away by the quality, presentation and sheer deliciousness that was presented to us. Delighted to find this incredible gem of a restaurant in Noosaville and can highly recommend. Great value for money, both food and wine, and yes - we are booking in a return visit soon!

My wife and I booked a table for midday lunch on Saturday 21/1/2023..
We arrived on time and were directed to take a seat with the waiter saying he will be with us shortly.
The waiter came to the table with the menus. My wife and I made our selection and then waited. There was one other family in the restaurant. Another family then turned up and were directed to their table. The waiter handed them their menus. I indicated to the waiter that my wife and I were teady to order. He told us he would be with us in a minute. We waited a few more minutes for him to find a pad and pen.. He took our order. The entree was served promptly.. We then waited for our mains in anticipation. The family who came in after us and ordered after us received their food..We politely waited.. The family finished their food paid, and left. We politely waited. The wait staff then noticed that my wife and I had no food and had been sitting there unattended to for some time. A waitress then came to the table with a mains calamari.. I had ordered a beef burger. It was obvios the waiter had lost our order. The waiter then came to the table to confirm what our order was.. 45 minutes since we originally were seated.. The waitress then came to the table and apologized for the delay and offered my wife a free coffee. We finally received our main course a full 55 minutes after sitting down.. The restaurant was not busy. The food tasted good. The table service was terrible.

Wise pasta dish I was ever served. The pasta linguine was truly inedible and disgusting. Don’t eat it but they still charged. The chef clearly has no skills and never eats the food. Humour was average. Calamari nothing special. If you can’t make pasta then why bother. Greasy and oily and too much chilli it was truly disgusting.

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely dinner recently at this restaurant. Nice location with a comfortable indoor setting. Service was professional and friendly and the food was served with good timing. For the mains my wife enjoyed the sear Seared Salmon and I choose the Beef Mushroom Filo, both were excellent with just the right size servings. You couldn't finish the meal without dessert and a Slice of Summer and the Crème Brule capped of a very enjoyable night.

Three great meals created for us. My seafood linguini was superb with clams, calamari, mussels and prawns. For dessert I had a slice of honeycomb ice cream, layered with meringue plus a berry coulis.

Booked dinner for 2 after driving past during the day and liking the cute appearance of the restaurant.
The mood of the restaurant at night was very warm, ideal for a couples night.
We ordered a vegetable stack, sesame crusted salmon and 2 different local gins. The gins were delicious and well paired with the waiters suggested garnish. My partner enjoyed the well sized vegetable stack, and my salmon was cooked to perfection, with the skin worth saving to last!
For dessert I had the sticky date pudding, and my parter a passionfruit Martini. The sticky date pudding on its own was one of the best I have eaten, however combined with the chocolate "soil" surrounding it really kicked it into the next level! Absolutely amazing! The passionfruit Martini was tasty, fresh and packed a punch.
A wonderful meal in a great setting. Definitely now on our lists of favourites with enough on the share/starter menus to go back for multiple lunches!

Had a brilliant meal a few nights ago at this restaurant. You sit very comfortably and things just seem to flow in an unfussy way indicating a kitchen that knows what it's doing. We had one of the specials which was a sesame crusted Tuna - absolutely stunning to look at and taste and what seemed to be a very popular choice seafood linguine. Of the 2, the tuna was nicer but the linguine wasn't shabby either. Service was unobtrusive and prices are reasonable for the quality of the meal. Great choice for us.
