Trying to have a nice and tasteful dinner before concert. Long cooked roasted veal on the menu. Tasted as short cooked very salted meat. Don't try this! I have never served that. Very nice place.

This amazing restaurant was recommended by our airbnb host, Faustas. My friend and I made a reservation for a lunch buffet on Sunday at approximately 3pm. Do take note that the buffet ends at 5pm unless stated otherwise. We were treated with a picturesque view...of the fjords and also a myriad of fresh seafood and savoury meat dishes. We ended off our meal on a high note with dessert. Personally, I really love the cake which was fluffy yet moist in the inside and also the mousse, which was of the perfect balance of sweetness. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and appreciated the chance to taste authentic Norwegian cuisine. Will definitely come back for more if I were to ever visit Norway again. With a great view overlooking the fjords and myriad of delicious dishes, what more can I ask for?More

We planned to come late for the Sunday buffet - booking. Table for 15:30, with closing time at 17:00. Turned out that booking wasn't really needed, but there were several family parties there so it could easily be filled up. Very new features and interesting...food. Very relaxed, didn't feel rushed. And the view is wonderful, looking out to sea from a really amazing building.More

During a sightseeing trip around the outskirts of Bergen we happened upon this restaurant set right on the Fusafjord in a brand new cultural center. The steamed mussels with French fries and tartar sauce were delicious and the view spectacular - even on a cloudy...day.More

The food is good here, although with typical Norwegian prices. However, it is the view that sells the place. A beautiful setting with views across the fjord.

About half an hour from Bergen, situated directly on the seaside all you see is vast sea, green islands and a sailboat or two. And lots of sky....Beautiful. We saw Pushwagners exhibiton which was impressive. (there is a more permanent one that was stowed away...now - Norwegian painters like E.Munch, the Swedish painter Anders Zorn etc). We had coffee and cake and sat outside.More

Fantastic food, polite conscious service and amazing views. You can't go wrong with Oseana, my personal favourite is the buffet served on a Sunday, the choice of cold meats, fish, salads, breads is amazing not to mention the hot dishes and desserts. Well worth a...visit!More

My husband and myself visit Norway regularly from U.K. and have been to this restaurant on two occasions, in summer last year and two weeks ago in March. The first time we had a three course evening meal which was absolutely delicious and the most...enjoyable meal we have personally had in Norway. On our most recent visit we had lunch from a varied menu which was very well presented and tasty. The setting of this restaurant is really something special. There are great views out to sea taking in nearby islands and right next to the outside dining area there is a marina and very pretty beach. The restaurant is part of a Culture Centre which also houses a theatre and art gallery. On both the occasions we were there the art gallery was free and really worth visiting, showing works by famous Norwegian artists including Edvard Munch. We would go out of our way to visit this restaurant again when we are in Norway because the food is exceptionally good, the service is friendly and its setting really is breathtakingly beautiful.More
