Spatha has always seemed a bit of an enigma. It did not seem to "upgrade" when the rest of the Kolymbari-front tavernas did. Added to this, it often seemed very quiet, whilst the others were busy. After constantly intending to visit, we finally gave it...More

A lovely little restaurant on the sea front. We had a starter and meal. Very nice mousakka, carbonara and beef stifado. Washed down with some wine and beer. The meal came to €40 which we felt was reasonably priced. We will visit again.

We chose Spatha for our dinner place tonight, because we already tried all the others on the seafront. A very good decision! We had tsatsiki and fried meatballs for starters, both were very good. Our main course was veal stifado and it was absolutely delicious!...More

Just called in here for a quick lunch. Waitress was very helpful even moving our table into the sunshine. Food was pretty good too. Would certainly call here again for a bite to eat.

Located on the beautiful Kolymvari seafront, Spatha proposes a very genuine and tasty food, a friendly atmosphere and low prices. The kind boss Anthoni will recommend his moussaka, correctly defined as the best in Crete (it is really good!).

Although it took the waiter a little time to bring the menu it was worth the wait as the food was good and well presented. The food was good and there was plenty to fill you up all so the view out to was made...More

We took the appetizer for two with a white wine and a beer. That was a good choice for a very low price. The staff is very friendly. They deserve your visit!
