This was the second time we stopped by this cafe, the first time we had a,ready eaten so just had drinks but this time we stopped for a late lunch. I had the tastiest bowl of tomato soup with fresh herbs that I have ever eaten in my life, totally scrumptious. My husband had the Cretan salad and it was... More

This typical family-run fish restaurant is a great place for lunch. The local Greek menu was extensive and reasonably priced. The fish was good and fresh. We had sole and prawns( king prawns?), a large Greek salad. Very friendly and good service

We walked through the village as a respite from our all inclusive hotel and decided to eat here as the table was available under shade but right next to the sea with the wonderful views of the bay. We had a lovely relaxed lunch. We ordered a couple of Greek dis and bread for starts which were added to with... More

We have a house in this village, and when we visit twice a year, we always make sure that we visit Elene and Nicos as they have always been kind and generous to us. The food, service and wine are without doubt amongst the best available at the seafront, and there is absolutely nothing to beat eating and listening to... More

Very nice staff. No stress is definitely the case. We ordered wine which was accompanied by some crisps better than our5* for service! Calamari rubbery but nice touch of bowl of fruit bits after. Only downfall staff smoking in between serving people....

Friendly and Family-run Taverna overlooking clear blue sea in Milatos Beach, Crete, Greece. Owners Nikos (a real character) and Eleni serve fresh fish, Cretan/Greek specialties and Mediterranean cuisine all freshly prepared by Kostas in the Kitchen. Great food at reasonable prices in a very friendly atmosphere (and don't forger the Raki).
