We couldn’t be happier with our lunch! Some of the best Ramen of our trip, friendly people, and they spoke great English. The food truck is right on a corner, and has warm seating in a tent, even in January. Comfortable and delicious!

Small food trunk in a parking lot at a busy junction serving Hiroshima pork based ramen. It is a make shift tentage and the ramen is delicious. Try the lobster based soup and it is very special and out of this world. They also serve the normal pork tonkatsu based soup. The matcha , Hokkaido milk and premium chocolate ice cream cone is also very good , smooth and silky.

We went here yesterday visiting Mount Fuji. Me and my friends really wanted to eat ramen and we did the right choice to go here. Ramen is really good and delicious, there are various options and the price is right for what we ate. The staff is really nice and always helpful and knows english. If you want to eat handmade ramen and outdoors this is the place you have to go. I totally recommend it!!

The broth here is thick and flavourful. The noodles absolutely bouncy. My husband and I loved the lobster broth. My younger son enjoyed the pork broth. My elder couldn't decide so he had both. Beware- lard was found floating in the soup after it cools. Not exactly a healthy meal BUT we found it worthwhile so we hope to revisit the stall Parking is limited though- the establishment could only accommodate 2 cars when we were there

We first walked past the food truck, yet it caught our attention. Good thing, the noodles are very tasty (lots of garlic and nice salt). You can sit in a tent outside at a table, not bothersome at all. Would definitely go back here!

The staff were extremely nice and speak English for tourists who aren’t the strongest Japanese speakers. They give you recommendations based on where you are from. Food is at a reasonable price and tastes really good. Highly recommend, but make sure to bring cash since they do not take card

A random roadside ramen stall similar to a food truck with tent seatings. One of the best ramen with 4 different types of soup broth: Pork, chicken, lobster and prawn. We tried both the pork and lobster broth. The ramen is really good, unpretentious and one of the best we had in Japan so far. I love how it’s just by the road and taking a picture here will look great on your instagram profile. Service was great and they helped us with an issue with our playful kids. Highly recommend if you come to Fujikawaguchiko!

We're just some ordinary Californians who think we know a thing or two about ramen and this spot was so delicious!! Very simple and honest tasting broth, nothing flashy but just so savory and light that we could have ordered another bowl each and finished it without feeling heavy. The staff were very kind and patient with us while we worked through the language barrier. It was also so fun to slurp up noodles with the locals! 10/10 must try if you are in the area!!

This little ramen truck was adorable! They had a covered area due to the rain which was very nice. We got the garlic ramen with spice and eggs added and a couple of beers and it was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy walk from Kawaguchiko or Kawaguchi station.

Since we saw all the very good reputations we planned to eat there (and not inside the station) before heading to our train. Sadly the ramen did not satisfy us at all. We had much better and cheaper ramen in nicer places. Since this is just a food truck you sit outside in a plastic tent, no toilet, no wash basin, no nice view or anything. So at least we expected the food to be delicious (and cheap). Well it wasn’t a tasty ramen and that’s the only dish served. And in addition it was pricy for 900¥ without any topping. You pay extra for an egg or green onions which other ramen often include. Also you have to pay for water and tea (which is usually free in every restaurant). So we really don’t understand the positive rates! I suggest you better eat inside the station then where the ramen is cheaper and you have a nicer and warmer place to sit.

Just a small food truck near the train station and a little hard to find, but the ramen was really awesome. My wife had the pork and I had the pork and lobster both extra spicy. Glad we found this place. It lives up to its 5 star reputation.

Basically i love hard noodle and strong flavor ramen. And they have it without i need to ask for. Maybe more spicy next time :)) In such a cold weather, you will enjoy a bowl they served. Dont forget for the tamago. So moist! Give it a try i recommend. :) the ramen is cross 1st 711 you’ll see next to Kawaguchi station.

On a rainy day, with Mt. Fuji in kilometer wide clouds, our clouds of cheerlessness nearly vanished with this hearty, belly-filling bowl of tonkatsu ramen. A warm welcome with savoury, thin slices of pork and noodles crying for slurping. Add spiciness for the final station in food heaven.

A hole in the wall tent and a food truck serving ramen at very reasonable prices. The broth was flavourful without being salty and the noodles have to right consistency. Nice way to cap off our trip. Only thing was egg was sold out!
