Great food, nice little traditional bistrot, top quality souvlaki. Everything, souvlakia, pitas, salads are prepared in front of your eyes, when you order it ( you might have to wait a minute or two more but the result rewards every second of your patience ). Nice home made cooking, very local and very authentic but also cheap. Service extremely kind and fast. The owner Eugenia is a very nice person with smile and English speaking. Must go and try souvlaki when in Sifnos.
