Great outdoor dining experience on deck over the water. The staff is very friendly and professional. The food is good local dishes. Very casual. It is about a 20 minute drove from the high rise hotel. Limited but inexpensive wine list. Romantic and also good for kids. Throw some bread into the water and watch the fish jump of it.

My visit to Marina Pirata was awesome and the food was delicious. Its in a very secluded area but don't be alarmed... it's worth the trip. The pricing is fair for a tourist area and the food is fresh. Ask for a table on the dock. The fish literally come up to you during dinner.

Great view of the sunset as most of the seating is on the dock. Good food. Waiters throw uneaten bread in the water and you get to watch the fish eat. Lights in the water provide for a romantic setting once the sun goes down. Food was good.

This little hidden gem has exquisite and fresh seafood. The views are phenomenal, especially during sunset. The soups are good as is everything in the menu. For dessert, try the cheesecake. The seating is outside on a wooden dock area overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

This was our second year and forth visit to Marina Pirata. Dinner was good and the service could have been a bit better, but overall nice. Mostly fish options. The beer battered shrimp was our favorite. Look at Google Maps before you go and take a photo of the detailed map. It's not difficult (in the daylight), but it can... More

It is a non formal restaurant, I mean is not a complete dress code restaurant. The prices are affortabel, location is easy to find, and the food us very, very good. On windt nigths cover your girl, the tables on the deck by the sea, can get a wonderful cool breeze.

We have been to Aruba three times over the last three years. We finally found a local jewel!! This place is a little far away from the hotels but so worth a taxi ride. We some of the best seafood cooked like you would expect at a local's kitchen!!

A bit difficult to find but has been a "go to" place of ours for 20+ years. Delicious garlic bread served before dinner. Freshest fish (grouper or mahi) served for a reasonable price. Also good shrimp/lobster tail dishes. Fun to feed the hungry fish hanging around the edges of the dock.

When on vacation, we typically try to find some local places to dine away from the crowds, and this was the perfect spot! The seafood was excellent! An array of choices, fresh, and prepared perfectly! Dining on the deck, sipping drinks, taking in the sunset, and watching the fish swimming and splashing.... couldn't have been better! All this and attentive,... More
