Called in here traveling back to Newcastle from Blackpool up the coast and so glad we decided on these fish and chips. Fish was probably the best I've ever had and very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Hello. I have confidence that the fish would have been 7oz. Every fish is weighed when cut and the staff are very well trained in this regard. The Manager provides training on this to Fish & Chip shops nationally. From the picture you have kindly...More

Oh my goodness what fantastic fish and chips. I ordered our take away meal and by that time people were queuing outside the door. The service was very efficient and staff polite and cheerful. The fish was perfectly cooked and lovely and white. You can...More

We stopped here by chance and we are so glad we did. I got panko costed squid rings, my husband had homemade fish finger sandwich and my son had the children's fish goujons and chips! It was the best chippy we have had in years!...More

This chip shop serves fresh fish cooked to order. Good food, but not the cheapest! Nice menu selection and friendly staff.

So nice to get takeaway fish & chips served with a slice of lemon. On my last visit it was extremely busy and a little chaotic in there as there isn't much room for waiting. But good all the same.More

Thanks for this review. It is a very busy shop and we are limited with waiting space due to it being an old building - we have tried to do everything we can to ensure that service is efficient so that waiting time is reduced...More

Thanks for the review. We are very proud of our fish. The packaging ensures the food stays tasty for longer. If we were to use polystyrene boxes the steam would condensate and make the fish soggy. If we were just to wrap in paper, then...More

We always expect that you receive what you order, so if that hasn't happened then please accept our apologies. With the procedures we have in place, I do find it hard to believe that this happened three times in one month to you, however my...More
