Amazing food (fish platters, crab sandwiches and soup etc) well described in other reviews. We booked late and came early before the restaurant got busy. Service was great and very attentive as a result- perfect for a young family. We walked from Craster to Dunstanburgh...More

Had the usual great food at the jolly fisherman. Fillet and rack of lamb were excellent. Have a walk to Dunstanburgh Castle first to work up an appetite. Our walk was improved by seeing a huge pod of dolphins on the way.

The beer is good, the view over the harbour from the garden is delightful and the crab sandwiches are to die for. I'm sure that the rest of the menu was just as good, but we didn't try it.

What a brilliant pub this is, right on the sea front, aim for a table in the glass fronted conservatory, their speciality is smoked fish fresh from the smokery opposite, have the platter of fish between two for lunch ...its just delicious. After wards a...More

A trip to Northumberland always has to include this pub. The location is perfect overlooking the sea. It's very friendly and the food is fresh with lots of fish. My favourite has always been their crab soup. That alone is worth the journey. Lots of...More
