This is a real gem..for location! Food very acceptable and reasonable prices. But should you put an handwritten sign on the door "short staff, will close at 4.30pm" this is not welcoming at all. Frankly say nothing, no one would have noticed.

Visited twice, for breakfast and lunch. Friendly and welcoming. Good full English. Chowder for lunch was very nice.

My wife and our dog had lunch here yesterday. Have been here before and was as good then as now. Food tasty and the service quick and friendly. Also went today for coffee and cake fresh and yummy. Also dog friendly.

Warm and friendly cafe, dog friendly which is a bonus. Hubby had to try craster kippers and he loved them! Everything was lovelly!

I seem to remember there was a dog inside - they also have an outside seating area which is definitely dog friendly. Enjoy it - it's a lovely cafe.
