Laurents is open 7 days a week and its my first stop for coffee and a bite to eat, the staff are very friendly and now they are in their new premises. Try them.....
Moving premises to a few doors north has opened up more seating and a larger variety of produce on offer. The food remains good, varied and reliably fresh.
Saturday lunch is particularly busy and noisy. The staff are plentiful and the food is always fresh, plentiful and good, albeit somewhat pricey. Coffee is great.
If you don't mind paying a bit above normal, this place gives you quality food for lunch and coffee and cakes
You can't help but be drawn in by the beautiful cakes and pastries. The only difficult thing here is choosing which one to have to spoil yourself. The coffee is ok, but it's really the cakes that you come for.
A delicious selection of baguettes and French cakes , they also serve great coffees . Try the donuts or the tarts ...... So yummy
Laurent frightened the hell out of us regulars when it gave notice of moving. Fortunately it was jus a few doors away and not out of the area altogether. Coffee and cake is consistently good
