Emailed the restaurant to book - lunch sessions were booked out (restaurant only has 16 seats) so had dinner instead (8000Y per person).
The size of the dishes were quite small but the flavours were innovative with respect to local produce. Amongst the favourites were sea urchin with tomato jelly, green vegetables, prawn pasta, biei beef (melts in the mouth) and asparagus brûlée with asparagus ice cream and candied asparagus.
The location of the restaurant is off the main street and was quite tricky to find if dark. They also have a reservation only policy (signs stuck outside). Overall would recommend but would come with not an empty stomach.
