Had a family dinner at the Jolly Sailor when in Pembrokeshire visiting the inlaws. A very nice meal. Good pub grub menu. Nice pint of beer and small premium gin selection. Have eaten here before and will do so again.

After work on Sunday we decided to see if we could get a Sunday lunch anywhere as it was gone 2pm I didn't hold out much hope but The Jolly Sailor serve food all day. We were able to book a table in the conservatory and had the best Sunday roast at a very reasonable price too. Absolutely Delicious.

Regular visitor - Myself and a few family members came to the Jolly for Lunch - A pre Christmas get together. For a change we decided not to have a starter as the possibility of having a dessert instead took our fancy. I ordered the Gammon which I was really looking forward to. You never have to worry about the... More

Booked a table for the family and got a seat in the conservatory which has beautiful views and it was a busy sunny day. The food portions are huge, the staff are friendly and great value for money. Worth a visit.

Not a restaurant I will every return to service was extremely slow and inefficient For most of the evening only one waitress for a large Christmas party and several other covers. Waitress was rude and obviously did not care about the service she was giving. She served the starters with the mains and took 10mins plus to serve our table... More

For: friendly welcome, lovely views, good beer. Against: The Lunch! Overcooked beef, overcooked, pile them high veg, stodgy gravy. The position and the welcome are great, the kitchen lets it down. Will return for a drink in the summer, but not to eat!
