I come here for my takeaway pie and chips every Friday. The guys here are always cheerful, the food is great and the prices are very reasonable. I just can't fault them in any way. Well done, andkeep it up.

Decided to visit Mr Chips for a chippy tea whilst holidaying in the area. Whilst there is seating available, until 6 pm, we opted for takeaway. Visited on a busy Friday night, there was a long queue but was served quickly. Fish was of a good size and well cooked, although the batter went soggy after a few minutes transporting by car. Chips for me could have done with a few...more seconds in the fryer, but they were being cooked to order.More

I love this place! Awesome chips, fish, and service!!! They cook to order rather than have food standing in the case under lamps for long periods of time.

Four of us had fish and chips here and chose to eat in the restaurant. Service was fairly quick and the food was very freshly cooked. The queue was constant, mainly with locals, which is always a good sign. Portions were good and the fish...white and firm, rage chips were properly cooked and not greasy or oily. A great place for a fish supper.More
