Stopped by for a quick sun dried tomato and red pepper soup with my big sister. Nice, friendly staff and lovely home cooked food.

Had a late lunch here and the food was ok. Mains were served in microwavable bowls with chips & standard frozen carrots and peas on the side. Service was also "ok", a bit more friendly and professional would have been nicer. Could be better ....

The food and cakes are lovely. Lovely wee place to stop by and eat and we always have done regularly, unfortunately we have stopped coming so much. Salad was plentiful but not great. The cold slaw was very runny and the couple of pieces of pasta were a bit vinegary. The chicken was... More

Called in for lunch on Sunday. Clearly a very busy time. The restaurant seems to have excellent local trade. Staff were very pleasant. The steak and mushroom pie (slightly too salty) with properly cooked veg and home made chips (hurrah !) and the Lasagne with garlic bread would encourage further visits to Tomich.

The food is lovely, generous and homemade . It's very clean It's handy right next to the main road I'd like to be able to say that I find the staff really friendly , efficient and eager to welcome with a smile . There's always plenty of them standing behind the counter ; I often wonder who's at the helm... More
