All towns and villages need a good meeting place and the TT serves Wye really well - especially if you arrive by train. Apart from an old padded chair by the bar that could find another home, the light and the layout were fine. A...More

Staying at a bnb a few miles Away, this wasn’t our first choice but due to booked out venues and some overpriced venues, I called here and they hastily made room for us. The staff bent over backwards to answer our questions and recommend. The...More

They are very accommodating, I'm sure if you rang them they would probably be able to sort something for you. Speak to Tom, the owner

Description
For more than 400 years, an Inn or Tavern has stood on the banks of the river Stour where the Tickled Trout now stands. The Tickled Trout is typical of the distinctive Kentish architecture of the period and greets the visitor with a welcoming and unique 'olde world' charm. We strive to maintain this charm of oak beamed bars and open fires for our customers. Our well maintained gardens alondside the river Stour, provide the ideal setting for 'Al fresco' drinks and dining, with a superb choice from selective menus for which we are renowned.
