The food overall is not bad. Seafood is fresh and the yam pork is quite nice. We have ordered 5 pieces of coconut and upon billing they have charged us 6 pieces and we told them we only ordered 5 pieces. The waiter keep insisted that they have served us 6 pieces. We reluctant to pay for the extra pieces... More

This is a Teochew restaurant at Kuah town. Very good dishes with "wok hei" (with such fiery power that you can smell the sizzling flavours from the hot wok) We had the famous stir-fry garlic roast pork, full of crisp fatty meat tossed in black soya sauce and lots of garlic. We saw their crabs swimming in water and since... More

Went to try upon recommendations here, the outcome was underwhelming to say the least. Dined on Monday 27/2/2017. When we arrived there were only 2 other tables. Ordered the Crullers, Butter Prawns, Belacan Kangkung and Roast Pork with Garlic. Crullers were a novelty being stuffed with minced meat and topped with a slather of Mayo. Tasted OK but not fantastic.... More

Teo has recently renovated his famous restaurant and the service is now better than ever in this very popular and often crowded restaurant. Mr Teo does nearly all of the cooking himself and he is a master chef very proud of his menu. Even when very busy it is worth the wait for the most delicious barbequed pork with garlic... More

We had lunch here and arrived just as they opened. Before long, the place was packed with patrons and with good reason. The food is delicious and the cooking area is at the front of the restaurant - the smells are enough to make you crave for more! The seafood can get pricey too. Thankfully, other dishes are delicious and... More

Waited for 45 min for our food to be served, while there's still empty tables. Dinner wares are worn out. Charged us RM 20 for plain stir fry sawi. Food tastes like normal home cook dishes. Won't visit again!

Found out this restaurant from TripAdvisor. I had order prawn, vegetable, lala and soup. Prawns are Super fresh. Lala is those type with big n hard shell. All dishes tasted so so only but really fresh for the seafood.

We got slaughtered at the restaurants opposite our hotels. Well I wouldn't say we got slaughtered but rather there was no cheaper option. Here, the price is fairly reasonable and the food is great. Don't expect anything fancy though. Just simple, good, home cooked food! The staff are also more attentive than the other air conditioned restaurants that I've frequented.
