Myself and my family stayed at the woolpack and could not fault the staff all were friendly and helpful. Food was amazing and plenty of it. Rooms were lovely and large need a bit of TLC but really nice loved the fireplace in tbe bedrooms.

Wonderful friendly staff greet you at the bar and are very helpful even bringing your drinks over to your table.The food was brilliant reasonably priced and quickly cooked and was very hot and tastie.

Not sure about fresh and I doubt locally grown produce - suggest you phone the manager, he/she wouldn't mind being asked. Prices are competitive and there is a "bargain basement" menu.
