I have eaten here on many occasions and never been disappointed. ..all of the food is homemade and very tasty, the rooms are decorated in a shabby chic style with local artists work hanging on the walls, service can sometimes be a little slow but if you tell them your on your lunch they speed things up. I visited this fabulous " Hansel and Gretel" house and the warm hearted lady with the Xmas apron, on route to Mayo. Hubby and I popped in one day for a coffee and a 'slice of something sweet'. Met a friend for pre-Christmas catch-up today.Welcomed in like a friend...stove lit...fairy lights twinkling in the fading daylight.Could'nt recommend it highly enough.Cosy and calm with beautiful home-made bites.Returned to the icy darkness very reluctantly!

This place has just the best breakfast in the area! Especially her pancakes are scrumptious! The coffees served are excellent as well. This quickly became my weekly treat for me and my girlfriend.

Such a quaint and beautiful house. The food was fantastic, and possibly the best vegetable soup I have tasted. The service was great and the staff were very friendly. Would recommend going!

If you anywhere near Ballaghaderreen, you should make a special trip to 'Meet you here'. It is like visiting a friend and being ushered in to their sitting room.
