Haven't been there for a while but booked in for Father's Day and again, not disappointed. A true traditional pub in the heart of the village, full of locals and people in for lunch. The staff make you feel really welcome and the menu fit...More

The only positive thing about this place is that the staff are pleasant. We actually drove 20 miles to come here because the reviews are so great and couldn't be more disappointed. The pub itself is extremely dated and situated on a busy road. The...More

Stopped in here as we had come off the main route to avoid Stonehenge. Great choice of food and it was home cooked so was delicious. Had the pie and would recommend it. Service was very good and nice atmosphere

We popped into this pub on a busy Saturday evening on the off chance we'd be able to eat. Although it was fully booked and they were waiting for a very large table of people to arrive, the lovely landlady made space for us so...More

Just returned from a delicious Easter Sunday lunch. Everything about the visit was 5 star, from the outstanding food to the warm and friendly service. The Wyndham has spoiled us for eating anywhere else in the area, so we visit often. Highly recommended for any...More

Having eaten here more than 6 times now I have never had anything other than the most delicious and well presented food. The staff are very friendly and on the ball. Excellent all round! Highly recommended!

Quite a small comfortable unpretentious pub, popular with locals and friendly. On the evening we went, the England - Ireland rugby match was being watched in the lounge - so there was certainly plenty of atmosphere. We had a great meal - steak, which was...More

Thank you for your enquiry, unfortunately we are only open for drinks on Christmas day between 12am and 2pm. Opening on Christmas day other than for drinks is something we've never done as we are only a small family business... More
