We were travelling back from Christina Lake and stopped for a quick bite, food was hot, tasty and plentiful. I had the beef dip and the meat was perfect, the dipping gravy was the best that I can remember. The waitress was not as prompt as I would have expected but my wife reminded me we walked in just as... More

Always good. Everything made in house. Never disappoints. Best fish and chips away from an ocean. Their soups and salad are superb. We love the rustic decor and the history that adorns the walls.

Love stopping here for a bite and a beer either on the way to BC or coming home. Never have I been disappointed. The burgers are fabulous, fresh and tasty!! I had the lunch special this time, Philly Steak and Soup, was excellent with a generous amount of food. My travel partner had the Bacon Cheese Burger, again, generous proportions!!... More

We stopped here one evening on our way from Fernie to Calgary. Our family of 4 waited for over an hour for our food. To be fair, the food was quite good (except for the broccoli slaw which was full of mayo and had no visible broccoli in it) when it eventually came and the restaurant was busy so I... More

We had a great time here on Saturday. The service was great. The menu has lots of options. The food we ordered came out in a timely manner, was hot, and had excellent taste. The waitress was very attentive without being obtrusive. This was our second time here and we were happy that everything was as expected from our first... More

Always enjoy stopping here for good food and beer with good service after doing a hike in the area. Quaint little bar with plenty of atmosphere and maybe its just that it is after a hike that i stop here but the beer and food always taste great.

Not much else I need to say! They have an excellent menu, including wheat-free options. The food is fantastic, the service good, and the atmosphere is all about the mountains and the outdoors.
