Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A delightful place where we could enjoy excellent dishes, homemade pasta, exquisite grilled meat and lamb. Generous portions and attentive, kind service. We also had the opportunity to speak with the young owner who, with a familiar gesture, shared chatter and laughter with us. Dogs are allowed. Highly recommended also for the price and the splendid view of the valley.

The food here is amazing! The quality is the best and everything is cooked from fresh, seasonal ingredients in the farmhouse kitchen. Meat is the specialty here and it melts in your mouth. We have had the Florentine Steak, the Chianina Beef and a melt-in-your-mouth beef bisteca. All were cooked to absolute perfection. The pasta dishes are home made and the cured local salumi, copa and cheeses are also made on the premises. There is no menu. You're seated in what looks like some one's living room, and the food and wine just starts coming. It is a bit hard to find, go to the website for directions. You will actually drive through a real working farm to get to the farmhouse where the restaurant is. It's part of the charming experience of eating here!

The whole meal was so nice and so unexpected. The place is not easy to find, so it's good to call for directions before going. They don't always open up the restaurant, it depends on demand. We were super lucky as they just had one table left. The people were lovely and the food was home cooked right there and then and delicious. It is simple and genuine. The wine we chose was very pleasant. It is all very heavily meat based and the Florentine steak was huge and just melted in the mouth. The staff were all very nice and very courteous. When the bill came we were amazed - it was so cheap considering what we had. All in all this place is excellent on so many counts and we would definitely recommend it.

Let's say I went there with good expectations, nothing more wrong, you can't eat cold meat, xxxxx wine, and far-fetched prices for such a place. Certainly all my friends and acquaintances are warned to avoid this place. They have a long way to go but if they continue like this they will stop soon. To never again Dodge it.

What about. Managers you just have to be ashamed. Today after reading the 1 positive review we went to this place. We already had to understand from the beginning that customer care was at the bottom of the scale of their values. Of 4 side dishes on the menu 1 only available The salad ,miente baked potatoes no grilled vegetables You may be wondering why? Answer yesterday they had many people and it was all over. You're not at home. You're a local if you write something on the menu and try to get it. We get to the starter Missing two ingredients .. meanwhile when they bring it do not communicate and apologize for the inconvenience even to talk about it. When you point it out, the STUPID answer is: sometimes in the kitchen they change. Meanwhile the price, however, despite missing 2 ingredients does not change. Let's move on to the plate of SHAME fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and truffles I ask them without the truffle and ask if the mushrooms are fresh. The answer is: of course they are fresh. Well I wait for them just tasted a mushroom that did not look absolutely porcine disgust was devastating bitter and unpleasant inedible . Pointed out to the waiter who takes away the dish without asking if I wanted anything else. Premise the dishes of the other diners without infamy and without praise only flaw very salty and sailed in oil. The beauty is at the time of pay. I'm charged the full amount of a vomiting dish and is not an understatement, to my initially quiet complaints The lady at the checkout says words (not refutable as she tried to do on the google site) who cares we cooked and you have to pay if you do not like write a negative review. There you go. Too bad you can not give negative marks I just hope it serves as a lesson to those like me who feerma alla 1 review and do not investigate more thoroughly Incidentally I forgot to indicate the cost of the crap 21 euros. SHAMEFUL

We went to this place for Easter lunch, on the recommendation of some friends. Lights and shadows, the particular day certainly didn't help. Initially, our reservation didn't show up, then it did; after a short time I sat down, I collapsed, as the chair broke: they brought me another one (I would like to see it) almost as if they were doing me a favor. The first courses were excellent, with homemade pasta and very good sauce, very generous portions. The fried lamb, with a really high price, nothing special and not very plentiful. The grilled pork is excellent. Exhausting wait.

Very nice, characteristic restaurant, with a breathtaking view, friendly staff, fast service and amazing food... it's difficult to find faults because on top of all this they welcomed us without any difficulty even though we had 2 large dogs with us (a boxer and a collie) and they were truly welcoming and caring not only towards us but also towards our furry children. We had an appetizer of homemade cured meats, a plate of ham and buffalo mozzarella and I must say that the raw materials were excellent; we continued with some homemade fettuccine with courgettes, speck, chopped pistachios and cheese... in Rome they say "I'm telling you, it's scary"; my husband had some delicious kebabs seasoned with rosemary and local oil... mouth-watering and above all with more than generous portions. A place to return to when we are in these parts because the love and attention with which it is managed is all reflected in the memorable cuisine
