It is difficult to enjoy all dishes on such a long tasting menu but I must say we did enjoy each and every one of them here. It was an incredible experience. In the top for me together with Azurmendi and Can Roca

I mistakenly (and humbly) thought my earlier 3M-star restaurants were the best experience so far - but Martin Berasategui and his team has his competitors beat! He is such a nice, humble gentleman - he came out and greeted guests after dinner. The staff felt exactly as they should, they were so friendly and clearly reflected their bosses manner. The... This has to be one of my favourite restaurants ever. The tasting menu is so interesting and different to anything found in most starred restaurants. I went with my husband and we had a truly amazing time. Guided thanks to the fabulous staff we had spanish wine that matched all our food, including the desserts, and we were lucky to... More

A wee bit far out but it was certainly worth the journey. We had the tasting menu with wines to match. Terrific experience and if you can afford that kind of bill you should go.

Although it's a bit of a drive or cab ride to get there, the food is excellent. The restaurant is large and attractive. Service was satisfactory. Four of us enjoyed the tasting menu featuring both new and best-liked dishes from past years. Expensive.

Completely enjoyed my time in this fine dining place. Even though at first glance of the menu the dish items seem quite expensive, once you are served the food and see the impeccable servicing they have, you reassuring that it is worth the money. Highly recommend end this restaurant to anyone in this area, in fact you should go out... More

Had booked this way in advance of our trip to Spain. Managed to get lunch on a Sunday as they close Sunday night through Tuesday. Spent 3 and a half luxurious hours at this sublime restaurant where we felt like honoured guests at a generous host's home. the multi course meal ( about 15, we lost count ) was memorable... More

If you hang 3 Michelin Stars over your entrance then there is for sure a massive expectation - I was not disappointed! I'm not going to say much else apart from the whole evening/experience was perfect, nothing more need be said

After the most awful experience in St Emilion at Hostellerie de Plaisance, Martin Berasategui was a wonderful delight. Though it is a little out of San Sebastian, it is definitely worth the drive. The service was attentive, the sommelier recommended excellent wine that complement the dishes from the tasting menu. We enjoyed every course - the flavours were complex yet... More
