Ate here with my partner on a Friday night. Table was booked for 8pm but we were asked to wait outside to be seated. I didn't mind as it was a warm night. We waited about 20 minutes. Arrivals after us were seated first. The...waiting staff seemed a bit flustered. The bar staff had exceptional customer service though. The food wasn't bad - but was far from amazing. I had a cauliflower salad, which was nice but not better than I could have made myself. The trio of dips were nice but needed less lemon I thought. I don't recommend the quail - and the dumplings were not what I expected. I was expecting more traditional. Not sure if I would go again to be honest - there's a lot of competition in Melbourne and in my opinion you need to wow to get my attention.More

We booked a table for 8pm, arriving right on time, as of this review, we’re still standing outside at 8.30pm. No care expressed by the staff, no apologies. Atrocious customer service. Horrendous. Do not come!

Sensational Middle Eastern food with big, bold flavours!! Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommended. 👍 It is one block off Brunswick St in a residential area. No food delivery service that I’m aware of.

Another local restaurant doing Middle Eastern food....very well. Everything fresh and tasty with excellent dips, Flavoursome (if small) meat pastries, a good haloumi salad and and excellent spicy prawn fatteh main. Roasted eggplant the only let down being a little flat and boring. Prices fair...and a small selection of average wines. We would come back more often if they took a leaf out of Abla's restaurant (still the benchmark for Lebanese food off the back of its generosity, absolute precision and consistency), and allowed BYO with corkage. Service friendly but, on the night ,quite distracted despite it being early in the evening and quiet..More
