We visited this restaurant on sept 29. The day of Archangel Michael. It was completely crowded, however the staff served us in a very good way. Food is amazing. Will definitely come back.
Super! place with fresh local food. I tries lamb, I recommend it. Service cheerful and great people. When looking for sth here, try.
Recommended by my cousin Francesca Toto, I'm so glad we went. Food was amazing and very reasonably priced. The best bread in the world!!!
The restaurant is a little bit dark and with very common furniture But the food was tasty and the owners/waiters gentle. The price was ok.
The food is really good, a taste of the typical dishes of Apulia. Special thanks to the Owner Roberto who showed us to be super gentle.
We had dinner 3 times here out of the 5 days we stayed. Great service, personnel recognises you after the first visit and is very friendly, also if you barely speak any Italian. Good prices as well, and original Italian food. Greatly enjoyed eating and...drinking here!More
We stayed at the palace hotel where the food was terrible. We decided to eat out on our second evening and were not disappointed. We chose Osteria del Corso from trip advisor and had a wonderful evening. We arrived on a Tuesday evening about 8...o'clock and were shown to our table, within half an hour all the tables were taken. We ordered the local antipasti, to share between the two of us and it was excellent. A little of all sorts of starters, bruschetta, prosciutto, cheese, mushrooms, zucchini, aubergine and much more. A lovely bottle of local chardonnay and some water complemented it well. We moved on to the main, my wife had the pork chop and I had the veal escallop served with little roasted potatoes and grilled vegetables. After this we thought the meal was over but then Roberto brought out a purple liqueur from the freezer which we liked immensely, and a bottle of limoncello. He also gave us some candied almonds in wafers, which tasted beautiful. A nearby table had some semifreddo chocolate desert so we asked for two portions of that and again were impressed with the quality of the dessert. We then had 2 machiato coffees and were nearly ready to ask for the bill when Roberto asked if we would like some fruit. We said we would have some and enjoyed a plate of cherries pineapple and semifreddo ice cream. By this time we were the last diners to leave, so we asked for the bill and were pleasantly surprised to find that the total bill only came to 64 Euros. Well worth it for a wonderful evening's entertainment. Thank you Roberto, which incidentally is also my name. If you have the chance to visit this restaurant do not miss out.More
The most wonderful meal. Delicious fresh ingredients and very typical cuisine. Not overly fancy - the way I like my food. Just the best Pugliese cuisine and v relaxed friendly atmosphere.
This is a really good restaurant in Gargano. The dishes are typical of the area and region. Everything is extremely fresh. The antipasto is possibly the best I've had in all of Italy. We were given a cherry liquor at the end, which was a...really nice touch. Anytime I'm in this part of Puglia I will be stopping in. You cannot go wrong with the food here.More
