Right across the road from the Best Western Hotel, this pub offer s great waterside eating and drinking. A good Bar menu and a good selection of drinks including 3 ales. Very welcoming and attentive staff, dogs welcome and riverside walks to build an appetite.

Popped in here for a quick bite as was early for an appointment. Great service and delicious pizza. Nice setting too. Asked for hot sauce. They didn't have any so the chef made me some jalapeño mayo. The waitresses were extremely attentive and helpful too.

Great location by the river. Plenty of seating outside. Good food at reasonable prices. Best value of all is the Sunday Carvery which is excellent. Very generous portions. Good service and friendly staff.

If the question is aimed at the pub then yes they are allowed in. The hotel however I'm not sure.
