Yet again, we had a perfect evening, the food was terrific, the service was amazing. We had the aperitif and our coffee in front of the fireplace, it was very cosy. They really took care of every detail and they give a personal service.

A complete local restaurant owned by a husband and wife. Bert the chef and his wife who appears to manage the restaurant with grace. Pros: Truly one of the most delicious meals I have had with strong French influence; the chef's skills are fantastic; every detail from the bread/butter/starters/chocolates at the end; space is elegant and casual; beautiful table setting;... A Michelin star must be looming on the horizon for this charming, top-notch restaurant. A welcoming cosy setting at a fire place for your aperitif and spectacular amuses, followed by a wonderful dining experience with balanced yet innovative dishes. They make their own gin!

We had chosen Pegasus as other higher rated restaurants were shut mid week - we had not appreciated just how special it would be! We enetered into a gorgeous lounge and were served several sets of appertisers whilst we chose our meals. Having initially panicked at the cost of starters ( 29 euro ) we realised that the set menu... More

Had both 3-course dinner and a gastronomic supper there. The hostess goes out of her way to please, the setting is in an old town mansion where also Hotel Recour is located. Both during the 3-course dinner and the 6-course menu the food was light and excellent: quality ingredients, pure tastes nice presentation. The wine arrangement for the 6-course was... More

We were a party of approximately 50, not in the first flush of youth, and we were delighted with our buffet lunch....so much so that some of our group went back for second helpings.....and were not disappointed.

We ordered 5 double rooms and a supper for ten persons ( 5 course menu ) in a pre-made overall arrangement by email in the Pegasus restaurant and Hotel Recour. We didn't arrive all at the same time and the Lady of the House had already served the starting champagne to the first arrivals. On her proposal an additional drink... More

Our group booked here for a family celebration on 27 June and were definitely not disappointed. We had the four course special menu including caviar, 2 fish dishes and roast lamb and they were all excellent: imaginatively presented, just enough food so that we were left neither hungry nor too full, and delightfully tasting. We were given several amuse bouche... More

Small menu, but original. The lobster preparation, somewhat similar to the waterzooi, was fantastic. We had asked for asoup, which was not on the menu, and the chef prepared a delicious tomato soup. The desserts with the souffles were a real experience, and the Belgian white wine proved to be the adequate complement to a fantastic meal
