Based upon other reviews we decided to try this restaurant. What a wonderful experience! The owners are a fantastic couple that pride themselves in providing a great experience. Very little English is spoken but it works. This is not of fancy place but the sushi...More

Located in Shangawa about 1000 meters from the Tokyo Marriott -- this family run "tiny" sushi restaurant is high quality and worth the visit. Not cheap, but the quality and chef makes this an experience worth having. Cash Only - no credit cards accepted Menu?...More

A must try while in Tokyo. Sushi and sashimi so fresh and well made. Chef was friendly too. Highly recommend this little place.

As most every other review on here probably says, the chef makes this a fun time. He shows a lot of fish, performs tricks with cucumbers, and just generally spends a lot of time happily smiling while cutting the pieces.

One of the best sushi ever had. A must try in Tokyo. Can be expensive depending on the order due to the different fishes/seafood

Not really for families, but the taste and quality are amazing!!! There is no menu, they keep serving you until you had enough. The problem is that is pricy: 2adults and 2 kids 26000 yen (220 euro).

You shows up (reservations will guarantee you a place, but it's a local joint - if you just show up you probably will get in. But, YMMV), and get the obligatory spiel - "Reservation? Cash Only. Omakase - whatever the Master gives you." Assuming you...More

Shinagawa / Gotanda
In Shinagawa, an office district shares space with
luxury residential buildings and the scene is
constantly changing with rapid development. Ikedayama
park and Togoshi park are great places to see
beautiful traditional Japanese gardens with ponds, as
well as enjoy the changing seasons. Shinagawa was a
post and a port town during the Edo era and the lavish
old Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples at Shinagawa
