We found this place on tripadvisor after reading they had a veggie option in the reviews! It’s not on the main menu so just ask for it and they’ll give you two options (English menu with photos!) we both went for the Ramen which was...More

After seeing the temple area we came across this restaurante because it has flyers outside that explain ramen origins. My girlfriend is a vegetarian and surprisingly they have vegetarian ramen. Both mine and the veggie one were super delicious, they served us very fast and...More

Like other reviewers say: a great bowl of shoyu ramen, with signature double-yolk egg. The chashu meat was also delicious as were the gyoza. The price is on point and we didn't have to wait when we went for late lunch. But one of the...More

We came here for a quick lunch after visiting nearby senso-ji temple. Ramen was excellent and they were extremely friendly to tourists. English menu was available in addition to a Thai menu for my folks. Highly recommend this location. The fried gyoza is a must!

First time in Tokyo, and this place served one of the best ramens that we've eaten so far. The broth was just salty enough and super rich, the twin eggs are creamy and definitely are a cool touch :) The noodles are perfectly chewy. The...More

Traces of the history and culture of the Edo (old
Tokyo) era remain vividly in Ueno and Asakusa.
Spacious Ueno Park is a great place to relax and visit
a variety of different museums and galleries. At
Ameyoko which starts in front of Ueno station, the
grocery stores and clothing shops are crammed
alongside fishmongers. It gets particularly busy at
the end of the year, when many people go on shopping
