This chain of coffee shops serve up a decent coffee and some great snacks. I had a latte and really loved it. Will certainly go back.

Great Japanese service but the coffee is pitiful. Unfortunately coming from Melbourne Australia the bar is set pretty high.

Love the location, layered pancake cake and latte! Spent last minute before walking back to the hotel, resting our feet. Staff was friendly and tried to explain in English for their best dessert.

Right next to our hotel (Keio Plaza) we found this place. The bread is fantastic, the crew speaks English and there is a wide choice for coffee and bevrges. Enjoy!

Very helpful staff. Not a vast range of goods but what they have is good. My husband has enjoyed the hot dogs and I like the toast. Decent coffee and the tea is ok too.

If you are a regular coffee drinker from Australia them don't bother. In my opinion the $1 coffee you get in Australian 7/11s are way better. Stick to your hotel instant.

This is a chain throughout Shinjuku. Convenient for something quick and simple. Went only once. Nothing special.

On my recent trip to Tokyo, the Doutor on the Kashi Kodan, near the Washington Shinjuku Hotel, became my best place for breakfast each morning. The coffee and sandwiches were excellent. The baristas were patient, considerate, and helpful at every turn. I looked forward to their cheerful greetings. Doutor gave me a very positive and healthy start to each morning.... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
