I visited Cuisines Michel Troisgros in July, 2017. It's located in the basement of Hyatt hotel in Nishi-Shinjuku. It serves great lunch, with great service and atmosphere. I used it for business and it's perfect.

Like its sister in France, this is one of the great restaurants. Service could not have been more gracious and each course was both beautiful and outstanding.

Food were all "try too hard", try too hard to make every dish perfectly balance and plated. I know this is a Michelin starred restaurant, but I think food itself should bring people joy not complexity. Service was so serious that made me very uncomfortable...More

We ate here for our last night in Japan. We went off the a la carte menu but still got loads of extra courses. My pumpkin start was okay, OH's scallop starter was really good though - lots of scallops. We both had the steaks...More
