It is just amazing, the only down is you will need to wait a bit to get seated. Sushi is mid/high quality and pricing is very competitive. English menu as well to help you order!

You need to get a ticket to queue before entering and we were almost the last, so lucky! Never seen a quality to price ratio so high. Sea urchin sushi was great and the portion of fish over the rise is huge 🤤
Sushi was awesome! But waiting time is too long for this. I dont like to queue. It is very popular among locals and tourists. Sushi and sashimi are of good quality and it’s very cheap. One slice of otoro (fatty tuna) is only $5! But...at about 12pm, they stopped giving out queue numberMore
We are so glad we got to visit on our last day of the trip but was left with a bad impression. We arrived around 5:30PM. There were about 20 or so people ahead of us but the queue moved quickly - approximately a 30...minute wait. My husband ordered a la carte and I ordered one of their sushi platter, my 9 year old daughter ordered white rice because she is extremely picky with her food. Wait time is a bit longer than we are used to for our food but it was amazing and at a fair price. After spending 10 days in Japan, it was definitely one of the better sushi meals that we had including - fresh sashimi, picture perfect sushi and hand rolls with generous servings. Then my daughter's white rice arrived - she only eats it with her prepackaged seaweed which she immediately took out. It was our fault, we are usually more discreet or ask if ok to eat the rice with the seaweed but the waitress immediately yelled NO! We were all taken back by the tone and my daughter immediately put her seaweed packet back into her bag. The waitress pulled out her phone to text no outside food or drinks and glared at her. My daughter was visibly shaken. We apologized but she repeatedly came back to the table not to serve us food but to glare at my daughter and see if she had taken out anything else. All other waitresses at the restaurant served our food and was very pleasant but after being so used to the amazing service in Japan, we were quite taken back. My daughter ended up not eating because she did not like their rice or soup. Don't get me wrong, it is definitely worth the visit and we will definitely return once we are back in Japan but will feed our daughter in advance and we hope we won't have to encounter that plump short haired waitress again.More
I’ve visited this place many times and also posted a hack to reduce queue time. They now issue limited queue tickets at 10 am. Shockingly, there were already others dining before 12 am who were not on the queue. Apparently they started some online reservations....I can’t confirm but was very annoyed I made the earlier trip to get the queue tickets and the queue was honoured only half an hour laterMore
My brother recommended me this place and he told me to come at 430pm to queue for dinner - and he was right. We came at 438pm and was given a ticket with 17 customers in front of us in the queue before it opens...at 5pm. Crazy! Ordered the otoro set and it was fabulous- big, juicy and reasonably priced. Also had the imago which was again huge (see my wife’s hand), and additional otoro with inari (with yuzu). Service was very good and fast even tho they are packed, and price was very reasonable especially with the generous offerings. Highly recommend!More
What was confusing us is that we could not identify the restaurant even when we thru the restaurant concierge direction stood in front of the restaurant because they had no English name on it. But what a long line. The staff advised us to come...back in two hours based on the number we took. But the wait was worth it. We absolutely had fantastic sushi and sashimi. If without another couple in our company I would have sat at the sushi bar and ordered the ala cart . The restaurant is relatively small, as a typical sushi restaurant in a big mall, but man what a success in business and reputation.More
Sushi no Midori is an excellent restaurant in the Ginza corridor. We queued briefly, as the rain had scared most other people :) Sushi here is excellent and quite affordable. The staff is highly knowledgeable and
Plump tasty delicious fresh great service! I don’t care about waiting, it’s sooooooooo WORTH IT! I’ve always loved. Midori sushi. I believe the name is longer. I also went to another branch around Tokyo. They’re the same great food in other branches, I also went...to Fuchu a long time ago.More
This was another restaurant that was recommended to us and it did not disappoint. There was a long wait but it was worth it. The food was delicious. The price however may not be feasible for those traveling on a budget. Our 2 person meal...was about $60cdn. Nonetheless, would still recommend if you want to splurge on a good meal.More
Great sushi with affordable price. We went early and got a Q number and service was excellent! Highly recommended
food was great, however, we spent 2.5 hours on just dinner without dessert! it took almost an hour for one order of rolls to be delivered to our table. service was certainly not with a smile. our waitress was unhappy and not helpful. overall the...food was very tasty, but the long wait times and poor service detracted from the experienceMore
This sushi place is inside a shopping mall - Shibuya Mark City, next to the 4th Floor Bridge. We arrived at 5.45pm and took a number. There are benches where we can sit and wait for our number. After 1-1/2 hour, our number was called...and we were ushered and seated at the counter. Nice positive vibe after greeted by the sushi chefs and the staffs when we entered. Menu was supplemented with photos, hence it was easy to order. Service was fast and the sushi chef who served us was Watanabe-san. He was friendly and quick to our orders. Loved the tuna and the conger eel sushi. The tuna size was big, fresh and delicious. We tried the 500yen sea urchin, which is light and sweet and has no fishy taste at all. We ordered 3 sets with conger eel maki for 2 adults and 2 kids and we were full (and satisfied) to the brim. I asked my kid, is it worth to wait for 1-1/2hrs for this, he answered without any hesitation: YES, totally worth it!More
High quality and affordable sushi, long wait but worth it if you go a bit earlier before the place opens
Tasty nigiri for a good price. I like the fish to rice ratio (bigger sushi, less rice). Unfortunately there's always a long queue here and we waited 30m at least.
