Some of the food showed why this was a michelin one star - oyster starter and confit de canard were excellent. However service was slow taking 2 hours before main arrived with bread being offered every 5 minutes to fill in the time waiting. Wine list was ok but not as extensive as hoped with only one white burgundy that... More
