Nice hot chocolates (for Japan) and a small selection of chocolate food items. I highly recommend the chocolate waffle (hot waffle filled with your choice of fresh, warm chocolate).

Just stumbled upon this place after a long walk around the city. The staff was super-helpful, making it a great atmosphere. We sat at the window and watched people (especially women) stop and read the menu. Many decided they "needed" some chocolate. We had hot dark chocolate and it was perfectly blended. If it weren't so far away, I'd go... More

There are so so many recipes with chocolate and this cafe has only a few on the simplest end of the spectrum (I think of Mink cafe in Vancouver). Could try harder.

I had the most amazing and delicious chocolate treats here. My favorites were a chocolate and orange drink and chocolate and something else now I forget :( Definitely worth a try

Great selection of chocolates here. They're very varied and from all over the world with a multitude of different tastes, and make pretty great souvenirs. Every two cost 440 yen. For some reason, Asia is really bad at pricing things wholesale, because two cost 440 yen but four nonsensically cost 980 yen, so just make sure to point this out... More

On a cool afternoon there is nothing like a hot chocolate tasting to cheer up the soul - 3 different hot chocolates - all very different, all superb. What a great idea. Very reasonable and what fun.

This morning I visited the 100% chocolate cafe to see what the fuss was about. The dish was quite good, but way too sweet and rich for one person to finish alone. Definitely visit with a friend. Also, you can buy individual chocolate pieces, though they are somewhat pricey (4 pieces for about 900 yen; the gift box also costs... More

The cafe is affiliated to Meiji, a major Japanese chocolate company, and is 5-minute walk away from the Tokyo Station Yaesu Side(East side). Hot chocolate drinks and snacks are quite popular among locals especially young girls. Prices are comparatively cheap. As there are limited seats, if you wish to sit and enjoy, you may have to wait a while outside.... More

We walked for about 20 minutes before we reached 100% Chocolate Cafe. The cafe isn't too big but we managed to get a seat by the window. Everything we ordered was way chocolatey and we really enjoyed it!

The cafe could be a bit difficult to find and you could walk past it without notice. The cafe is located opposite Tokyo square garden (you can see the building which is beside "brother" building). Inside the cafe, you maybe confuse by the wide range of selection of chocolates! Their chocolate is smooth and not so sweet. There are several... More
