We first visited this Indian restaurant on a trip to Tokyo three years ago. Thankfully it was still there this time around! The food is good and freshly cooked, with plenty of choices for meat eaters and vegetarians. Our waiter - for some odd reason - insisted that we cut one of the main dishes we'd ordered as we had... The starters in this place were pretty amazing, so we debated on ordering any curries or having more starters. We tried one of the lighter curries and it was excellent. Staff speaks English, which is helpful.

This restaurant serves a good portion of basmathi rice, curries and authentic chicken tandoori- to take away-twice , when we stumbled upon this establishment owned by a Japanese. It certainly offers the best price and value! The BEST! Do not think of anywhere else for Indian food when you are in Tokyo. Just proceed to the road leading to Khyber... More

The starters such as the kebabs and the dum biryanis are very good and so is the ambience. Tokyo, surprisingly has a great collection of Indian restaurants and this besides gurgaon and Dhaba India form a nice trinity of spots in central Tokyo

We stopped in here to warm up on a freezing cold day in Tokyo and were warmly welcomed by the owner, who speaks really good english :-) They had 4 set menus - all with meat - and when we explained we were vegetarians, there was no problem at all... we could have anything we liked and they would make... During my recent trip to Tokyo, I took some Japanese friends to this Indian restaurant. Admittedly, I love Indian food and, initially, I think my friends were somewhat hesitant. However, the food was excellent and enjoyed by all. The decor is uninspiring but the tables were not cramped and everything was clean. The waitstaff was attentive. Khyber had an english-language... We dined here based on reviews by others, and were not disappointed. The restaurant is located about a five minute walk from the Higashi-ginza subway stop, and very well sign posted so cannot be missed. Beautiful authentic delicious Indian food, complimented by excellent friendly service. Would definitely recommend!
