This restaurant was suggested by a Japanese friend and we were blown away by the food. Had kushiage dinner (ingredients covered with bread crumbs, deep fried and served in skewers) at their basement, with counter seats where you can see the chef prepare and cook in front of you. There was no English menu, we picked the course menu with... More

We went on the recommendation of the company Rep who organised our Japan tour. This feels like a family run restaurant with very nice tempura cooked food. The staff are really nice although little English spoken but you get by. Great place to go in Ginza.

I am a great fan of Japanese Food and one of my favorites is the Tempura with all its small side servings. This is among the best place to have Great Tempura and the service is excellent. This is not a fancy place but the food and the value for meal is great. I am sorry to say that I... More

Wandering wearily along the back lanes of Ginza to get away from the crowds on a Friday evening, we chanced upon this Tempura restaurant and decided we would give it a try. Pleased to find that only Japanese folk were eating there- a group of business people in the private room and local shoppers. Little english spoken but it made... More

Small shop but good quality Japanese Tempura. I would say this is Tempura Standard. nothing like tempura in overseas restaurants. Good price and if you are in Ginza, please try.

We were 6 in a private lounge, with one tempura sensei (master!) standing in front of us and preparing everithing for us. Tempura was delicate and perfectly fried. Well, for those who know and love Japan, seing the cooker seeking for perfection of each gesture (dipping shrimps onto boiling oil like a religious movement) was relaxing and ..delicious.

We were strolling in Tokyo hunting for a place to eat. This restaurant is located on a street lined with other restaurants. The street level restaurant (apparently the cellar is a part of the same establishment) is asketic. There are some 4-5 different menu options: we chose a 2500 yen menu that included: delicious miso, salad, a weird but tasty... More

Very nice restaurant, tasty dishes, polite and friendly service. The fresh tempura right out of the oil are the best, but super hot so careful not to burn your tongue! All in all, I would recommend it, but I wouldn't say it's the best tempura I ever had

It is situated dead in the center of Ginza and we know it by name. However, we visited this place for the first time. It was lunch time in the middle of the Golden Week but we were able to have a table in the second floor. The place is not huge and it's rather difficult to have perfect privacy... More
