A "must visit" place in the posh Ginza shopping district. Old fashioned and stylish tea-room where some excellent pastry is being served by elegant waiters. Just the right place for a break between sightseeing and shopping.

Going up to the 3rd floor. Expecting street views of Ginza. Windows are in higher position. Ordering the fried shrimp sandwich. I guess should stick to their sweet stuffs.

In the same building is Bar S on 11F. An intimate bar with friendly staff. There was amazing detail and care taken with the gin and tonic we ordered. A joy to watch the bartender create. They helped with several suggestions of where to eat. Always good to have a locals view.

Feels like stepping into a dessert haven amidst the hustle of Ginza. A must for those with a sweet tooth.

We want to have a more decent lunch so we picked this after checking the review here. We ordered the set lunch, food is good but the portion of the rice is quite small for guys. They got a very high ceiling so it adds to the grand and elegant atmosphere. The set lunch is quite expensive but worth a... More

Grape red walls: fifties velour chairs with arms: Ginza people. Grape soda float was amazing. Served with a gold hat pin attached a single grape to an icecream scoop. Delightful. Husband had French served with locally harvested Ginza honey, perfectly segmented fruit. Good value at about $40 for two. Good coffee to boot.

There is no booking so there's nothing you can do about the wait. We went on a Sunday late afternoon and must have waited at least 40 minutes in the small reception space. Good ambience when you are inside and it is a nice quiet place to spend an afternoon with your friends. We were hungry so we ordered tempura... More

Before I write about experince I would write about food. It was excellent. I ordered tea with pastries and they were yummy.. Now about service this is what I feel. Me and my husband felt we are being judged by the cover. It means we were tourist so were in casual dresses because there was no where mentioned we need... More

It was about a half hour wait on Saturday at 2:30 but you can put your name down and come back. The place isn't huge and remind you of a hotel lounge or posh place. Decor and ambience both fantastic. We ordered the special dessert set with tea and an additional iced coffee for two. It was so well presented... More

I've never been to high tea before and we just stumbled across here because we were in the area and was looking to grab a bite. What made me chose this place was thinking Shiseido only made cosmetics and face products, but they have a store that sells sweets and a cafe too. The price is definitely higher than average,...
